Tuesday dinner! A very colourful dish of mixed vege stirfry consisting of carrots, water chestnuts, baby corn, and button mushrooms. I wanted to add in snow peas too! Bought them, but forgot to add them in >_< I'm as scatterbrainy as ever... Tuesday dinner also included a tasty chicken fillet stirfry with fresh basil leaves & korean chilli pepper! If you've been following my food posts lately, u'll probably have noticed that i'm kinda addicted to korean red chilli pepper! ^_^
