I was craving for the poached spicy pig's kidney slices at Ba Guo Bu Yi Tooraking Fine Chinese Cuisine (巴国布衣)! Taste is very unique and strong flavoured with various Chinese herbs. Each piece of the pig's kidney is also sliced very thinly and patterned very beautifully! Satisfying to the eyes and to tastebuds! *smiles*
The deepfried and steamed mantou platter served with sticky gooey sweet condensed milk at Ba Guo Bu Yi Tooraking Fine Chinese Cuisine is also a must order! Oh how i loooooove deepfried mantous! When paired with the sweet condensed milk, even more purrrrrrrfect! *winkz*
